Q: I'm stuck in an unplayable area. What should I do?
If Kitty ends up outside the playable area or gets stuck:
Open the Main Menu
Go to Options
Select “Unstick Me”
This will teleport Kitty back to a safe, valid location on the map.
Q: I've fallen out of the world / I'm stuck underground! How do I get out?
If Kitty ends up outside the playable area or gets stuck:

This will teleport Kitty back to a safe, valid location on the map.
Q: Tanuki is missing after I tried to give her feathers! How do I find Tanuki?
Fix Status: Resolved on all platforms.
If you still see this issue, let us know.
Q: I cannot pull bins or objects.
Fix Status: Fixed on Steam, Xbox and Switch.
We're still investigating edge cases. If you're on Steam, please send us your Save and Log files so we can learn more.
Save files:

Files to send: SaveFile_[save_slot_number].es3 and Player.log.
Q: My achievements aren't unlocking (Sticky Business, Fruit Fall, Caped Crusader etc.)
Sticky Business: Resolved on all platforms. If not, please email support.
Fruit Fall: Resolved on all platforms. If not, please email support.

Q: I lost the dog's balls or a rubber duck!
This should now be fixed on all platforms.
To make the items in the world respawn
Save the current game you are playing
Quit to Main Menu
Load the save you just created.
Q: My save file is corrupted or won't load!
Corrupted save files can occur due to crashes, sudden exits, or power outages.
Fix Status: A permanent solution is in progress.
Workaround (Steam Players)
Close the game
Navigate to:
C:\Users\[your_account_name]\AppData\LocalLow\Double Dagger Studio\Little Kitty, Big City
Delete all files in this folder.
Restart the game (you will need to start a new save).
